In addition to your mass spectrometer operating software (e.g. Analyst, MassHunter, MassLynx, Xcalibur), you need the WebIDQ workflow management solution, which is available as a cloud or on-premises subscription separate from the kits: WebIDQ cloud core
WebIDQ contains tools for data normalization and analysis as well as MetaboINDICATOR.
Additionally, biocrates offers a statistical analysis service and interpretation package performed by our in-house experts.
