Shipping and Billing addresses
In case of a triangular deal outside of the European Union, we need to know which party will cover the customs fees (who is the importer of records)
Shipping conditions:
- All kits except to Bile Acids are shipped outside of Europe on dry ice.
- Bile Acids can be shipped worldwide without dry ice.
- All Kits except to Q500 can be shipped within Europe without dry ice during the winter.
- Q500 Kit must always be shipped on dry ice.
USA, Canada, Korea, Australia & Japan:
- Dry Ice shipments (All kits except to Bile Acids)
- Non dry ice shipment (Bile Acids kit)
(Usually 5-7 days transit time, depending on the customs clearance, up to 14 days transit time)
For USA shipments are the Tax ID number of the customer and the filled out TSCA document required.
Within Europe:
- Dry ice or non-dry ice shipments in Austria, Germany and Switzerland: Shipment overnight
- Dry ice or non-dry ice shipments in other European countries: 3-4 days
- Dry ice or non-dry ice shipments in UK: 3 -7 days transit time depending on the customs clearance
UK Shipments: Customer must provide a tax exemption certificate or biocrates will cover the customs fees and pass the costs on to the customer.
UAE, China and ROW
- Shipment via freight forwarder company 7-14 days depending on the customs clearance.
We offer returning customers the option "pay per invoice". Please allow us to check your registration and assign the correct customer status (new | returning). This will take 1 - 2 business days. For urgent reqests, please send us an email.
Once your order is placed you will receive your confirmation during the next working day. Generally, your package will leave our production site at Innsbruck, Austria within 2 working days after order confirmation. The transit time depends on your location and the duration of customs clearance.
Please note that the times below are estimated based on our experience in the last decade. In your special case, shipping time might vary.
As a reference, we assume that within the European Union you can expect delivery within 3 days, in Asia, Americas, and Middle East we assume 5-14 days.
