- The UHPLC column is for the LC part of the kit measurement
- Other columns are not supported
- For the flow-injection-analysis (FIA) part, a column is not required
Kit columns and precolumns
Your quantitative metabolomics kit performance has been carefully optimized for all parameters and retention times. To guarantee accurate quantitation and standardized performance, we recommend using biocrates (ultra) high-performance liquid chromatography ((U)HPLC) columns. Because (U)HPLC columns can be used with more than ten kits, they aren’t included in the regular kit package.
